How much do you charge for your cakes?

Prices vary depending on the size and complexity of the design. Please refer to the pricing page for general information, and fill out the cake inquiry form to get a quote for your specialty cake. 

Is a deposit required when placing an order?

Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% of the total cost in order to confirm an order. An order is not considered active until a deposit is received. 

When is the balance due?

Balance is due in full 1 day prior to delivery for cakes/desserts and 7 days prior to delivery for weddings. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of the order and the deposit will not be refunded.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

The final date for any cancellation is at least 2 days prior to delivery for cakes/desserts and 7 days prior to delivery for weddings. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing. Cancellations received after these dates will not be subject to refund. In the event of an emergency, should we fail to deliver your cake or dessert on the date requested a refund for the full amount will be issued to you.

Do you offer delivery for cakes?

Yes, we deliver! The price for delivery varies based on the location.

Where do you deliver your cakes or desserts?

We generally deliver within Hall County and the metro Atlanta area.

Miscellaneous

Are you an allergy free facility?

Although we take every precaution we are not an allergy free facility. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions. 

Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free or eggless cakes?

At this time, we do not offer gluten-free, dairy-free or eggless cakes.

Do you have a retail store where I can walk in and purchase a cake on the spot?

No, we are a by-appointment only shop – all orders are custom-made by request so we do not carry cakes on hand. 

Will my cake look exactly like the picture I submit for inspiration?

While we will make every effort to accommodate your vision, all of our cakes are custom made and therefore, they will never be exactly the same as the picture you provide. We will use the picture that you provide as inspiration, and stay within the design, but will create a cake that is unique to you! We also reserve the right to exercise artistic license and make last minute changes as necessary to guarantee the structural, visual and creative integrity of your cake.
